Health is holistic, physical, mental, and spiritual. Mental health is a state of balance between thoughts, feelings, and behavior. This state of balance can be affected by three main factors:

  1. Your system that you are born with, that is your individual chemical make-up
  2. The family that you are born in and their heredity
  3. Quality of life lived. Exposure to accidents, trauma, or support

Mental health and balanced wellbeing can be achieved by maintaining high quality of thoughts. We encourage our clients to practice mindfulness and be conscious of thoughts entering their mind.

At Saahas for Cause, we are focused on prevention of mental health issues at each stage of life like, youth, adulthood, older adults, through education, support, and awareness building. We are focused on enhancing community health by serving each section of the community at its level of age and understanding.

At Saahas for Cause, we have trained therapists and case managers who provided services through:

  • Crisis intervention

  • Couple’s counseling
  • Family therapy
  • Group therapy
  • Community education
  • Appropriate referrals
